Outcomex has been awarded first place in the 2025 Cisco ANZ Partner Innovation Challenge! This year, we submitted HealthDeck and CareTrack, our IoT industry solution for patient health and safety monitoring.
Big wins
We have been named Cisco ANZ Innovation Partner of the Year for the fourth time, recognising our ongoing commitment to pioneering new solutions, embracing emerging technologies, and delivering transformative outcomes for customers. This is our fourth win after our successful submission of SmartCityDeck in 2022, and TransportDeck in 2021 and Farmdeck in 2020 – both of which we took home first place in the ANZ and Global theatres.

The Cisco Partner Innovation Challenge 2025 winning submissions demonstrate exceptional creativity and impact in addressing challenges across healthcare, education, logistics, and collaboration.
“We congratulate Cisco on providing a program to show what can be done with their technology, in real world, real value-based deployments which stretch past building network platforms. This award further proves and cements the fact that Outcomex innovates and pushes the boundaries of possibility. We consistently deliver outcomes that elevate our customers and bring their ideas and needs to fruition,” said Michael van Zoggel, Managing Director at Outcomex.
Outcomex secured first place in the 2025 Cisco ANZ Partner Innovation Challenge with its 365mesh HealthDeck and CareTrack solutions, advanced AI and end-to-end IoT solutions designed to enhance patient health and safety monitoring.
Building on previous wins with SmartCityDeck (2022), TransportDeck (2021), and Farmdeck (2020), Outcomex continues to lead innovation in the ANZ region, with each solution addressing real-world challenges through the power of Cisco technology.
“This recognition is a testament to our team’s dedication to innovation with purpose,” said Marco Delgado, CEO and Founder of Outcomex. “With 365mesh HealthDeck and CareTrack, we’ve taken our expertise in IoT and applied it to healthcare, using technology to improve patient outcomes, enhance care quality, and create safer, smarter clinical environments.”

The 2025 winning 365mesh HealthDeck and CareTrack solution revolutionises patient and aged care through a customisable, AI-enhanced IoT platform. By combining location intelligence and behavioural analytics with real-time sensor data accurate to the centimetre, the system detects and predicts patterns of movement, facilitating earlier intervention, safer care, and higher-value clinical research. AI models interpret mobility and activity trends, enabling clinicians to anticipate risk events such as falls or extended inactivity, while automation ensures that alerts are triggered instantly to care teams.
365mesh HealthDeck and CareTrack solution was developed for/with the National Centre for Healthy Ageing (NCHA), a partnership between Peninsula Health and Monash University. The NCHA is a leading research centre working to transform the health and care of our ageing population through innovative health service models and technology. Featured in Cisco’s latest innovation story, the project demonstrates how advanced IoT and artificial intelligence can improve patient safety, streamline clinical workflows, and support world-class research into ageing and wellbeing.
Through this collaboration, Outcomex, Cisco, and NCHA have created one of Australia’s most connected smart-ward environments, enabling clinicians to access real-time data on patient movement, falls risk, and activity levels, all within a secure, privacy-by-design architecture. The integration of smart sensors and connected systems is helping to create safer, more responsive environments that enhance independence and quality of life for residents. The program exemplifies how technology, thoughtfully applied, can empower healthcare professionals and enhance the experience of care.
“At the National Centre for Healthy Ageing, our focus is on translating research into safe, practical models of care. The HealthDeck and CareTrack solution gives our clinicians and researchers a secure, real-time view of patient mobility and activity that can inform timely interventions and new care pathways,” said Professor Velandai Srikanth, Director, National Centre for Healthy Ageing (NCHA).

Outcomex continues to exemplify the spirit of innovation that defines Cisco partner ecosystem. Our consistent success in the Cisco Innovation Challenge showcases how technology can be leveraged to make a tangible difference in people’s lives.
With this year’s recognition, we further cement our position as one of Australia’s leading innovators in IoT and digital transformation, committed to harnessing Cisco technologies to create smarter, safer, and more connected communities.
