Outcomex are now Cisco Webex Contact Center Authorised


We are proud to have recently achieved our Cisco Webex Contact Center Authorisation, making us one of the very first Cisco partners in Australia certified to deploy the product.

In addition to the Webex Contact Center Authorisation, we have recently achieved our Cisco Webex Calling Authorisation. Again, Outcomex is one of only a handful of partners in ANZ certified to sell and deploy Webex Calling. Whilst Outcomex has a long history of pioneering new Cisco technologies in ANZ across all architectures, we originally specialised in Enterprise Networking and Collaboration. As such, we have accumulated over 15 years of expertise deploying contact centre solutions for our customers as well as achieving our Cisco Master Collaboration certification.
