To wrap up the year, our teams celebrated Christmas in true Outcomex style – with fun, teamwork, and a healthy dose of friendly competition. 

Making the celebrations even more special was that we were joined by colleagues from Queensland and South Africa, reinforcing the strong connections across our broader Outcomex team. 

The Sydney team spent the day at Hijinx Hotel Alexandria, where collaboration and quick thinking were put to the test across a series of immersive challenge rooms. From problem-solving under pressure to cheering teammates on, the experience showcased the power of teamwork and delivered plenty of laughs along the way. The day concluded with a relaxed lunch at Sydney Brewery Alexandria, where the team unwound over great food and drinks. 

The Melbourne team embraced a more laid-back celebration with a day of barefoot lawn bowls, some nibbles and team bonding at a local pub, followed by a laid-back pizza and drinks at the Outcomex Melbourne office. 

At Outcomex, we believe great work starts with great people. Throughout 2025, our teams across Sydney and Melbourne came together to celebrate milestones, give back to the community, connect with our customers, and strengthen the culture that makes Outcomex what it is.

Looking Back Over 2025: A Year in Review

EOFY Celebrations: Marking Another Successful Year 

To celebrate the end of another successful financial year, the Outcomex team gathered at Doltone House in Hyde Park on Thursday 7^th of  August for an elegant EOFY celebration. The day was a chance to reflect on key achievements, recognise the hard work of our people, and toast to the year’s successes. 

The celebrations continued with a fun and energetic evening at Arcade Bar Sydney, where teams faced off in a competitive round of trivia. With plenty of laughs and friendly rivalry, it was the perfect way to cap off the financial year.

Easter Family Fun Day: Mini Outcomex Take Over 

During the April school holidays, Outcomex Sydney and Melbourne welcomed families into the office for a special Easter Family Fun Day. Our Bring Your Kids to Work Day saw the offices come alive with “mini Outcomex” staff enjoying Easter-themed craft activities, an Easter egg hunt, and games – including some games with the Easter Bunny. 

It was a wonderful opportunity for families to connect, share in the Outcomex culture, and celebrate Easter in a fun and inclusive way.

Giving Back: Supporting Causes That Matter 

Community and purpose are central at Outcomex. Throughout the year, our teams proudly supported several charitable initiatives, including participating in the Biggest Morning Tea, donating to the One Girl Foundation in recognition of International Women’s Day, and supporting Polished Man to help raise awareness and funds to end violence against women children.

These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to making a positive impact beyond the workplace. 

Cisco Live APJC 2025

In 2025, Outcomex was proud to return as an Emerald Sponsor at Cisco Live APJC, held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. The event provided a valuable opportunity to connect with customers, partners, and industry peers, and to share insights into innovation, collaboration, and the future of technology. 

On Tuesday 11^th of November, we hosted one of our largest events of the year – our annual customer appreciation party at the Albion Hotel on York Street. The evening brought together customers, partners, and the Outcomex team for a night of networking, conversation, and celebration. 

Sydney BBQs: Food, Culture and Connection 

A regular highlight for the Sydney team throughout the year has been our end-of-month office BBQs. These lunches give everyone a chance to step away from their desks, reconnect, and enjoy good food and drinks together. 

Many of our BBQs celebrate the diverse cultures that make up the Outcomex team, showcasing flavours from South Africa, India, Vietnam, Lebanon, and many more cuisines. These shared meals reflect the rich tapestry of backgrounds across Outcomex.  

Looking Ahead 

From team celebrations and EOFY milestones to family days, birthday celebrations, community initiatives, and industry events – 2025 was a year defined by connection and collaboration at Outcomex.
