The Outcomex Sydney team gathered in excitement on Friday, December 15th, to revel in the joyous spirit of the season at their much-anticipated Christmas Party. The day was a delightful blend of camaraderie, team-building activities, and a well-deserved celebration of the team’s accomplishments throughout the year. 

The team indulged in a feast featuring quintessential Australian Christmas classics. A glazed ham took centre stage, accompanied by potato salad and the iconic pavlova. The delectable spread was complemented by refreshing drinks, creating a perfect setting to toast to the successful conclusion of another remarkable year.  

A Test of Wit and Knowledge 

The festivities kicked off with an Outcomex-themed trivia, challenging team members to showcase their knowledge about the company and uncover some entertaining facts about their managers. Laughter echoed as colleagues competed to prove their knowledge through some friendly competition. 

 

A Race Against the Clock…. and the Head of Engineering 

Volunteers eagerly stepped up to the plate to showcase their electronic engineering skills in a thrilling competition against the Head of Engineering. The challenge involved the rapid assembly of circuit boards, adding an exciting twist to the celebration. 

Manager-Inspired Games 

Throughout the day, the team engaged in various manager-themed games, including classic party favorites like party pong, a creative twist on ‘pin the tail on the donkey,’ and a cornhole-inspired competition. These activities not only added a playful touch to the festivities but also highlighted the unique qualities of each manager. 

A Year of Brilliance and Recognition 

The Outcomex Sydney Team’s Christmas Party wasn’t just about festive fun—it was a moment to reflect on a year of brilliance and shared accomplishments. The icing on the cake was the announcement of Outcomex winning the prestigious 2023 Cisco ANZ Partner of the Year, a testament to the team’s dedication, expertise, and unwavering commitment. 

As the day came to a close, filled with laughter, good food, and shared victories, the Outcomex Sydney team bid farewell to 2023 with hearts full of gratitude and anticipation for the exciting opportunities that lie ahead in the new year.
