Role Overview:

  • Design, Implement and troubleshoot IT Infrastructure (remote and on-site), including servers, network infrastructure and cloud platforms.

The role initially will be a 6-month placement with one of our flagship customers, your role will play a vital part in influencing Lifeblood’s strategic technology roadmap by investigating, reviewing and analysing new technologies to Lifeblood that can provide an operational or business benefit, and providing input into architecture and strategies developed by Lifeblood’s Architectural practice.

Once the placement with Lifeblood is finalised, you will form a critical part of our delivery team, working across exciting and diverse projects for our other clients across the Corporate Enterprise, Health, Education, and Government space. The role is a fantastic opportunity for exposure to enterprise-level operational processes, monitoring toolsets and leading-edge technology delivery.

Our sales team is expanding, and we have a newly created role within our Melbourne team, for a Sales Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate needs to demonstrate a proactive attitude, seeing gaps in processes and providing input and ownership to make our sales business more efficient.

 

Role Overview:

  • Work with the distributors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate pricing, quotes, and proposals.
  • Work closely with the sales team on a daily basis assisting with the full sales lifecycle (quotes, orders, contracts, delivery, etc)
  • Coordinating and communicating with customers, taking ownership of the post-sales cycle to ensure customers are kept informed.
  • Assist with invoicing queries, coordinate between customers and accounts payable.
  • Assist sales with projects, working closely with presales, project management and service delivery where require.
  • Organising project kick-off meetings, coordinating and sharing project documentation, setting up project group chats, etc.
  • You will be responsible for coordinating freight for customer projects. Coordinating pick-ups and drop-offs in the office.
  • Update and maintain internal sales systems.
  • Provide support to the sales manager and marketing team as requested.
  • Attend customer calls and meetings with the Sales team, ensuring meeting minutes are taken and meeting actions followed through.
  • Owning and completing agency reporting.
  • Assist with office coordination – such as ordering groceries, accepting deliveries, facilitating events, new starter inductions, etc.
  • While Outcomex as a whole encourages flexible working, this position does have a requirement to be physically onsite in our South Melbourne office a minimum of 3 days a week.
