Outcomex achieves highest Cisco collaboration authorisation

In early November, Outcomex achieved the Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise Authorisation (UCCE). UCCE is a highly specialised authorisation to sell, deploy, and support solutions based on the Contact Center Enterprise range of products from Cisco.

Outcomex is proud to be amongst only a handful of partners in APJC achieving this authorisation. Barry Fialkov, Collaboration Practice Lead at Outcomex, mentions “Our engineering expertise is best in class and is ideally positioned to deliver these complex solutions further expanding the Cisco collaboration experience within our customers.”

The Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE) Authorised Technology Provider (ATP) Program is an invitation-only program. Participation in this program allows partners to provide intelligent call routing, network-to-desktop computer telephony integration, and contact management solutions to large and complex customers.

Through Cisco’s UCCE, we help our customers deliver proactive and personalised customer experiences for contact centers with up to 24,000 agents. Fault tolerance helps ensure uninterrupted operation and comprehensive reporting gives the business intelligence needed to optimise their contact center’s performance.
