Outcomex kicks in to help raising funds for sick kids by providing the call centre on The Footy Show

On the 18th September 2016, the Starlight Foundation & the NRL Footy Show on Channel Nine held the ‘Big Change for Little Champions’ Telethon which helped raising funds to support sick kids and teens in hospitals across Australia. Outcomex was thrilled to be part of this great event through its customer, Flexigroup. We provided a call centre enabling 90 footy volunteers to answer thousands of donors’ calls. The combined effort helped to reach Starlight’s enormous goal of raising $ 500,000!

The Call Centre enabled Starlight volunteers to answer over 1,700 calls for donations during the event. Active monitoring of the system aided Starlight’s communication strategy, guiding potential donors to the web site during high traffic. On-site support assisted volunteers to resolve any issues.

We were very proud to receive this message from our client at Flexigroup after one of our engineers, Max, successfully planned and configured the call centre:
